		<description>Another great interview.  I started listening to podcasts (and voting on Podcast Alley) after the "reset every month" system was started.  Until now I disagreed with it..."everyone starts from scratch every month?!?"...but now it totally makes sense to me.  Give new shows a chance, reward bloggers who've built a following that are new to podcasting, etc.

Great job with PodCast Alley, Chris.  And kudos to Michael for creating another interesting podcast genre ("The History of Podcasting" </description>
